换热器铜管应力腐蚀分析

摘    要:本文主要针对空调由于环境因素与结构导致换热器铜管应力腐蚀造成底部铜管泄漏问题。对于泄露件先通过充气确定泄露位置,对泄露位置取样,经过镶嵌、打磨、抛光,制作金相观察断裂位置形貌特征、晶粒尺寸、应力测试实验以及现场环境等情况进行分析。确认泄露原因为应力腐蚀造成的,由于泄露件工作环境有腐蚀介质,以及积水将导致接触到的铜管产生应力腐蚀的现象发生。为阻止腐蚀现象的继续发生,并根据应力腐蚀产生的机理,从应力腐蚀发生的三个必要条件水、腐蚀介质、金属出发,并结合实际情况提出相应整改措施,例如对换热器与底盘结构进行相应改进和优化,以及对铜管表面进行防腐处理。

Copper Tube Stress Corrosion Analysis
Abstract:This paper mainly targets air conditioning due to environmental factors and structures lead to bottom copper tube leakage problems.For the leakage,the leakage is determined by inflation,the disclosure position is sampled,polished,polished,produced by the mosaic,grain size,stress test experiment,and on-site environment.Confirm that the leak is caused by stress corrosion,due to the corrosion medium in the working environment of the leakage,and the phenomenon that the water will result in stress corrosion that is exposed to copper tube.To prevent the continuation of corrosion,the mechanism of stress corrosion occurs,from three necessary conditions,corrosion media,metal,and combined with the actual situation,such as the heat exchanger and the chassis structure perform corresponding improvements and optimization,and the surface of the copper tube is carried out.
