Abstract:The polyester melt is formed by adding the modified additive pentaerythritol in the polymerization process,the additive content is controlled between(100~105)×106,and the spinning no-wind zone is set at 60 mm,the dio 50 D-75 D/72 F-192 F POY product was produced on the OC oerlikon evo ring blowing device,and the suitable winding contact pressure and product storage time were controlled by prolonging the suction time of the surface layer of the POY cake,reducing the artificial fuzz of the surface layer,to reduce the tension difference between the bottom layer and the surface layer of the filament bundle of pet POY,to strengthen the sampling and selection before the paper tube is put on the machine,to reduce the on-line tension of the texturing process,and to improve the over-end success rate of PET-POY from 90%to over 97%,at the same time,the physical performance,color absorption and fabric style of PET-DTY products are significantly improved compared with ordinary PET-DTY products.
