Abstract:Aiming at the problems of small damping and weak anti-interference ability when the traditional VF control is adopted in the back-to-back converter, an improved VF control strategy is proposed. The traditional VF control loop is improved by using the active damping principle. On the basis of proportional control, the differential control link is introduced and its transfer function expression is deduced and analyzed, so as to improve the stability and dynamic performance of the system. The microgrid simulation model based on back-to-back converter access is built on PSCAD/EMTDC platform,and the simulation experiments are carried out under multiple working conditions. The simulation results show that the proposed method can increase the damping of the control system and improve the anti-interference ability of the system without greatly changing the original system control parameters.The proposed method can also reduce the oscillation caused by switching of distributed generation and load change, and improve the stability of grid-connected microgrid operation.
