Ni含量对Ca(Al_(1-x)Ni_x)_2合金相结构的影响

摘    要:研究了Ca(Al1-xNix)2(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4)合金的相结构。结果发现,随着合金元素Ni含量的增加,合金的相组成发生显著的变化。当x=0时,合金中仅含C15型Laves相CaAl2;当x=0.1,0.2和0.3时,合金由CaAl2,NiAl和Ca13Al14相组成,并随着x的增大,CaAl2相逐渐减少、NiAl相不断增多;当x增大到0.4时,合金中CaAl2相完全消失,合金由NiAl,Ca8Al3和Ca组成。

Abstract:The phase structures of Ca (Al1-xNix)2 (x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3 and 0.4) alloys were studied.It was found that the phase components of the alloys changed remarkably with the increase of Ni content. When x=0,only C15- type Laves phase CaAl2 existed in the alloy. When x=0.1, 0.2 and 0.3, the alloys consisted of CaAl2, NiAl and Ca13Al14. The amount of CaAl2 phase decreased gradually and the amount of NiAl increased with the increase of x. Increasing x to 0.4, the CaAl2 phase disappeared completely; and the alloy consisted of NiAl, Ca8Al3and Ca.
