| 摘 要： | 我国国有企业改革目标之一是完善公司治理结构.针对我国国有企业公司治理完善面临的现实约束条件,根据我国国有企业集团公司治理存在问题,提出我国国有企业集团公司治理完善应该首先从规范母公司与子公司治理关系,完善下属子公司治理着手,逐步实现集团母公司治理结构的完善.

| Abstract: | One of the goals of state-owned enterprise reforms in China is to perfect corporate governance. In view of realistic constraint conditions and prblems faced by the perfection of corporate governance, state-owned enterprises group should firstly standardize the governance relationship between parent and subsidiary company, and start from perfecting governance of subsidiary company, then realize the perfection of corporate governance of parent company step by step . |
