| 摘 要： | 通过分析市场经济下 ,房地产开发商、消费群体和建筑师之间的运行体制的变化 ,探讨了市场经济下的住宅设计的新特点 ,指出建筑师只有遵从市场导向 ,提高自身素质 ,才能设计出好的住宅方案。
