我国食品质量与安全专业人才教育模式的思考与实践

摘    要:食品质量与安全面临着新的形势,食品质量与安全专业成为我国高等教育的热门专业,在过去的二三年中有50多所高校成立了该专业,但还没有形成比较理想的个人教育模式。在有40多年食品卫生与检验专业教学经验的基础上,把老专业改造成新的食品质量与安全专业,提出了“技术加管理型”的人才培养目标,“1 4 4 4 1”的课程结构体系和三大建设措施,通过实践收到了很好的效果。

Abstract:Food safety and quality is faced the new situation as a hot subject in China. More than fifty universities have set up the specialized subject of food safety and quality in the past three years,but the ideal education model has not been established. On the base of teaching experience in specialized subject of food hygine and food dectetion over forty years,this paper introduced the experience of rebuilding this old subject to new speciality of food safety and quality. The education target is to train students having the technical and administrative abilities. The courses structure system of"1 4 4 4 1",and three construct measures were also proposed. Good effect was obtained through these practice.
