脉冲棒驱动机构及其调试

摘    要:脉冲棒驱动机构是脉冲堆的一个关键运动设备,是承担脉冲堆脉冲运行的执行机构,同时也可用于稳态运行,在反应堆运行后期还兼作补偿棒驱动机构。 该机构采用气-电联合驱动,气动机构用于脉冲发射,电机减速传动机构用于调节脉冲行程和稳态提棒。本文对该机构的结构特点、运行特性和运行原理作了简要的说明,并介绍了机构装堆后的调试程序和调试结果。

Abstract:The pulsed rod drive mechanism is a key rotating device of the pulsed reactor and a performmance mechanism at pulsing operation. At the same time it also may operate at steady state and will perform the function of the shim rod drive mechanism at the later time of core life.The mechanism is a composite actuator of both pneumatic and electromechanical device. Pneumatic mechanism is used at the pulsing operation condition and electromechanical actuator will be applied at regulation of pulsing stroke and at steady operation. This paper briefly describes structure property and charater and principle of the mechanical operating, also introduces the procedure and results of commisioning after mounting the mechanism on the reactor.
