ANSYS优化设计若干问题探讨

摘    要:应用ANSYS软件进行优化设计过程中,从几何建模、网格剖分到选择设计变量、状态变量、目标函数和优化算法,都可能会出现问题甚至导致循环中断。分析讨论了一些共性问题并研究了解决办法,为顺利实现优化循环,应尽量使循环分析文件中的所有操作均作参数化处理;相对于结构参数优化,拓扑优化结果对载荷情况和网格密度等更为敏感;为节省优化循环用时,除了考虑计算性能外,还可考虑对模型进行模型简化、子结构处理、放松目标函数允差、使用适当数量的设计变量、尽量避免指定材料密度并选用合适的优化算法等。

Abstract:In the process of optimization design using ANSYS, the Optimized circulation may be intermitted because of some problems in modeling, Meshing, selecting design variables, state variables and objective functions, and optimized method. Some general problems are analyzed and the solutions are studied. In order to fulfill optimized circulation successfully, the optimized program should be entire parameter. As compared with structure parameter optimization, the topological optimization is more sensitive to load and finite element grid's density. In order to save the circulation time, besides considering computer's calculated performance, some measures may be taken that to simplify geometrical model, to establish substructures, to relax the objective function tolerance, using suitable quantity design variables, avoiding to assign the material density as far as possible and selecting the appropriate optimized method and so on.
