摘    要:对某石化企业重整装置进行了系统分析,确定其为重大危险源。运用事故树分析法实施风险评价,根据危险性分析结果和物质特性确定了顶事件为火灾、爆炸事故,建立事故树并求出最小径集和各基本事件的结构重要度。结果表明,防护明火措施不足、设备温度过高以及设备泄漏是引起事故的主要原因。提出了相应对策,以改善装置的安全性和运行可靠性。

Abstract:Based on a systematic analysis of the reforming unit in a petrochemical enterprise,the unit is determined to be the major dangerous source.Fault tree analysis method is applied to carry out the risk assessment.According to the risk analysis results and material characteristics,the top event for the fire and explosion accidents is determined.Fault tree is established.The minimum path sets and structure importance of each basic event are calculated.The results show that the main reasons of the accident are caused by inadequate protection measures,high temperature of fire equipment and equipment leakage.In order to improve the safety and reliability of the unit,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
