摘    要:无热化设计是红外光学系统设计的一项重要内容,为了检测无热化设计的效果,提出了一种基于图像处理的红外光学系统无热化设计效果检测方法。利用此方法对被测光学系统进行自动调焦,记录其在不同工作温度下的焦点位置并进行分析,得到被测光学系统在不同温度下的相对离焦量。研制了某型无热化设计效果检测系统,介绍了其系统组成、测量离焦量的工作原理、自动调焦算法和调焦区域的选择,给出了实验结果。还提出了一种基于图像灰度梯度的复合聚焦策略并进行验证。实验结果表明,其调焦速度快,重复性好,精度较高,抗噪声干扰能力强。

Abstract:Athermalization is an important part of IR optical system design.In order to measure the effect of the IR athermalization,a method was presented,which was based on image processing.The system under test was focused automatically with this method,and then the defocusing amount of the system under different temperatures was deduced while the focal points of different temperatures were recorded and analyzed.A system used to measure the effect of athermal design was invented,whose composition,working principle for measuring the defocusing amount,auto-focusing algorithm and selection of the focusing region were introduced.A multi-focusing strategy based on image gray gradient was also presented and validated.The result of the experiment indicates that the system has many advantages such as high speed,satisfactory repetition,high precision,and high noise tolerance.
