摘    要:尝试将激光诱导磷光测温技术应用到发动机缸内气体的二维温度测量中。其原理是利用Dy:YAG磷光剂受355 nm波长的激光激发后辐射的磷光波长特性进行温度测量。标定了激光照射后两种磷光波长的强度比与温度的变化关系。实验测试得到了该发动机在不同曲轴转角下缸内燃烧气体的二维温度分布,画出了测试平面上温度分布的柱状图,并根据标准偏差分析了不同曲轴转角下的温度分布结果,分析了燃烧的进展情况,通过与燃料燃烧质量分数划分的燃烧阶段相比较,验证了激光诱导磷光测温技术在发动机缸内燃烧温度研究中的可行性。

Abstract:The feasibility of using laser-induced phosphorescence thermometry for 2D gas-phase temperature measurement in engine was investigated.The intensity ratio of 458 nm and 494 nm of Dy:YAG phosphor after excited by 355 nm laser was used for temperature measurement.The relationship between the intensity ratio of two wavelengths and temperature was calibrated,the tests were performed on a side-induction optical engine and 2D combustion temperature distribution was measured.The histograms of temperature distribution for combustion were given,and the standard deviation in test plane was used for combustion analysis,the combustion was divided to three periods using the temperature deviation,and this was identical with the periods divided by fuel burned friction,and this coherence verified laser-induced phosphorescence thermometry can be used for combustion study in engine.
