钒钛酸掺杂的聚苯胺阻抗特性影响因素的研究

摘    要:采用沉淀聚合法,以乙醇为乳化液合成了钒钛酸掺杂的聚苯胺,讨论了合成条件对聚苯胺的阻抗特性的影响。结果表明,在反应温度0℃,氧化剂的用量0.6g,钒钛酸与苯胺物质的量比2.3∶1,浸渍1次,浸渍时间15min时,湿敏元件的阻抗特性较好,变化了3个数量级。

Abstract:The doped polyaniline with vanadium-titanium acid is synthesized by precipitation polymerization using ethanol as emulsion.The effects of synthesis conditions on polyaniline impedance property are discussed.The results show that under the conditions of temperature 0 ℃,the oxidation dosage 0.6 g,the molar ratio of vanadium titanium acid to aniline 2.3∶1,dipping one time and dipping 15 min,the impedance property of humidity sensor is better,and the impedance changes three orders of magnitude.
