摘    要:不锈钢管混酸(HNO3 HF)酸洗介质的腐蚀性很强, 对耐蚀材料和施工质量要求较高.本文介绍了酸洗槽的防腐蚀施工,在混酸介质条件下的材料选择、防腐蚀设计、基层处理、配料和玻璃钢施工,针对防腐蚀施工中出现的技术问题进行了分析和解决.

Abstract:Corrosiveness of stainless steel pipes in mix acid medium is very strong. High-quality anticorrosive material and strictly controlled construction are demanded. Anticorrosive construction of acid pickling bath, material selection, anticorrosive design, preparation of grass roots, match of material, construction of FRP under mix acid condition are introduced. Technological problems are analyzed and solved in anticorrosive construction.
