| Abstract: | From application scope, government management pattern, cost estimate, pre-tender estimation, principle of winning the bidding and other aspects the differences between domestic and international engineering in bid invitation and submission are analyzed. In addition, the direction for the improvement of system of bid invitation and submission in our country is elaborated in order to normalize and perfect the development of the system of bid invitation and submission. |
