瓷釉用棕色尖晶石颜料

ZnO-Fe2O3-Cr2O3系统是合成陶瓷工业用的大部分棕色颜料的基本三元系统。介绍了如下几种类型的棕色颜料的制备:1ZnFeCrO4,2ZnFeCrO4中部分ZnO被FeO或FeO+NiO置换,3ZnFeCrO4中部分Fe2O3、Cr2O3或Fe2O3+Cr2O4被Al2O3置换;借助X-射线衍射法和热分析,阐述了色料的形成和晶体结构;通过色釉试验,并参照色度测定的数据讨论了色料的组成与结构对色釉颜色的影响。

Brown Spinel Pigments Used in the Porcelain Glaze

The system ZnO Fe\-2O\-3 Cr\-2O\-3 mostly is the base of brown pigments used in the porcelain Industry.The preparation of brown pigments of following types is described,①ZnFeCrO\-4;②the partial of ZnO in the ZnFeCrO\-4 replaced by FeO or FeO and NiO;③the partial of Fe\-2O\-3,Cr\-2O\-3 or Fe\-2O\-3,and Cr\-2O\-4 in the ZnFeCrO\-4 replaced by Al\-2O\-3,Draw support from X ray diffraction studies and thermal analysis,the formation and crystal structure of stains is discussed.Finally,the effect of stain composition and structure on the in glaze color is examined with reference to calorimetric data.
