碱式碳酸铜的制备工艺研究

摘    要:本文对碱式碳酸铜制备工艺进行了研究,探讨了原料种类及配比、反应温度、pH值、加料方式等对反应的影响。结果表明:当选用当Cu(NO3)2与Na2CO3为原料,且两者摩尔比为1.0:1.2(此时溶液pH=8.5),反应温度为60℃,采用一次加料,产品收率可以达到90.09%。

Abstract:The technology of producing copper sulphate is studied in the paper. The affects of raw materials and its ratio, reaction temperature, pH, feeding methods is discussed. The results show that the optimum reaction conditions are as follows: reaction temperature is 60℃, the ratio of Na2CO3/Cu(NO3)2 is 1.2 and pH is about 8.5, charging of once for all ,the yield of copper sulphate reaches 90.09% under the optimum conditions.
