结晶器铜板冷却结构的优化设计

摘    要:应用数值模拟的方法,采用有限元仿真软件对某钢厂现行使用的结晶器铜板的温度场进行模拟。并在此基础上,针对结晶器铜板的结构参数,制定了2种优化路径:增加水缝数目和增加水缝深度。分析结果显示,结晶器铜板两螺栓间的水缝数目增加虽然加强了铜板的冷却能力,但不利于铜板热面温度的均匀分布;而经过水缝深度的调整获得了优化的结果。该优化方法不仅可以指导设计,还可以用来优化结晶器的生产工艺参数。

Abstract:Based on the method of mathematical simulation, the temperature field of mold copper plate has been simulated by the FEM software, Based on these study, two methods for optimizing copper plate have been proposed. The first is to increase the number of gullet and the other is to increases the depth of gullet. It is shown the increase of the number of gullet may strengthen the cooling ability of copper plate, but it is harmful to the uneven temperature distribution on the hot copper surface. However, the optimum effect can be obtained by increasing the depth of gullet. The method can not only guide the design, but optimize the technological parameters of mold as well, This method may take guidance to design and optimize the process parameter.
