摘    要:本文报道了一种高品质石材专用抛光砂轮的研制结果,表明,以玻纤增强作为砂轮基体,具有弹性好,散热性能优良,机械强度高等优点,遇潮湿不变形卷曲,使用速度不低于80m/s,PVA的三重改性措施是从不同角度减少了PVA分子中的游离羟基,产生增粘性基团,从而达到了遇潮湿遇水不变形的强度不降低的目的。解决了PVA研磨抛光砂轮的三大技术课题。

Abstract:In this paper is reported a kind of polishing wheel specialized in processing high quality stone. such wheel with matrix of fiberglass reinforced materials has remarkable advantages, such as good elasticity, good heat dissipation and high mechanical strength. And then this wheel doesn't deform when it is wetted. Its lowest working speed is 80 m/s. The triple modified way of PVA is to decrease the free hydroxide radical in PVA's molecules and to produce groups of viscosity increaser, so that the wheel doesn't deform nor decrease its strength as it is wetted, thus resolved the three key technological problems in making PVA polishing wheels.
