原地溶浸采矿技术研究与全流程工艺试验

摘    要:文中介绍了铜矿峪铜矿难采难选氧化铜矿地下溶浸采矿工业试验(“九五”重点攻关项目)。该项目进行了矿床地质及水文地质调查、矿石矿物学研究、矿石可浸性试验、原地破碎浸出萃取电积全流程试验以及试验经济分析等工作。试验达到了先进的技术经济指标,形成了适应地下金属矿山原地溶浸回收金属的完整生产技术。

Abstract:The commercial scale trial of the mining technology of undergound leaching of hard mining and dressing oxidized copper ore in TongKuangyu Copper Mine was introduced (it was a key project in the 9th 5 year plan period).In this project,the geologic survey of ore deposit,hydrogeologic investigation,the mineralogical study,the experiment of ore's leachability,the complete flowsheet experiment of in situ crushing leaching extracting electrowinning and technical analysis were all carried out.They showed that the experiment reached the desired index and a complete and suitable technology of in situ leaching and recovering metals of underground metal mine was brought into being.
