摆动活齿减速器系统有限元模态分析

摘    要:针对摆动活齿减速器的结构特点,提出了摆动活齿减速器的有限元模型的建模方法。在UG18中建立摆动活齿减速器的三维实体装配模型,将模型输出为Parasolid文件,并读入ANSYS;在划分网格后,在Volume之间的界面上定义接触单元,同时,采用了精度比较高,而且计算规模又可以接受的单元网格划分方法,得到了网格划分图。最后,利用Block Lanczos方法求出了摆动活齿减速器固有频率和振型。模态分系的结果对产品的设计和改进具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:A method of building the finite element model of swing movable teeth reducer was put forward according to the characteristics of the construction of swing movable teeth reducer. A three dimensional model of the assembly of swing movable teeth reducer was built by using UG18.The model was output and converted into a Parasolid file.After that, the model was input ANSYS.After the mesh of the model had been divided, the contact elements were defined on interfaces between volumes. Meantime, a mesh dividing method,which has high precision and an acceptable calculating scale,was used.The natural frequencies and vibration modes of swing movable teeth reducer were solved by using Block Lanczos method. The results of modal analysis can be used to the design and improvement of the reducer.
