高位转换短肢剪力墙结构的抗震设计

摘    要:对现阶段短肢剪力墙结构抗震设计方法的研究现状进行了总结。结合工程设计实例分析,阐明了底部大空间裙楼设计、转换层设计、短肢剪力墙的抗震设计要点,提出了短肢剪力墙连梁的设计方法和加强抗震构造措施的必要性,探讨了设计中采用消能减震设计的可行性。

Abstract:This paper presents an overview of the current research and application situation of the seismic design method of the short-piered shear wall structure. By analyzing and designing a real building, seismic design keys to skirt-building with large space in basement,transfer floor and the short-piered shear wall are clarified, The design procedure for link beam of the short-piered shear wall and necessity of strengthening seismic construction measure is put forward, The feasibility of adopting energy dissipation and shock absorption is discussed.
