胶束毛细管电泳快速分离八种农药类环境内分泌干扰物

摘    要:建立了八种农药类环境内分泌干扰物的胶束毛细管电泳快速分离方法。优化出的毛细管电泳分离条件为:缓冲溶液为含50mM十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和5%乙腈的15mM硼砂溶液(pH=8.7),毛细管有效长度31.5cm,分离电压30kv,在各组分的最大吸收波长下采用二极管阵列检测器检测。各组分在5min内获得完全分离,迁移时间的相对标准偏差在1.1~2.1%之间。

Abstract:A micellar capillary electrophoretic method for fast separation of eight pesticide environmental endocrine disruptors was established.The optimum separation conditions for capillary electrophoresis include 15mM borate buffer solution containing 50mM SDS and 5% acetenitrile,effective capillary length 31.5cm,separation voltage 30kV and diode array detection in individual maximum adsorption wavelength.All the eight pesticide environmental endocrine disrupters can be completely separated in 5 minutes with the r...
