基于DSP的异步电机SVPWM控制技术实现

摘    要:空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)是控制交流异步电动机的一种控制方式。SVPWM技术应用于交流调速系统中不但改善了脉宽调制(PWM)技术存在电压利用率偏低的缺点而且具有转矩脉动小、噪声低等优点。该文重点分析了SVPWM的实现方法,利用TI公司的TMS320LF2407ADSP芯片作为控制电路的核心,设计了交流异步电机SVPWM的控制系统。实验结果表明该方法控制效果好、动态响应快、超调量小、稳态精度高,具有较好的动、静态特性。

Abstract:Space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) is a controlled manner to control the AC induction motor. SVPWM technology in AC variable speed system not only improved the shortcomings of low voltage utilization in the pulse-width modulation (PWM) technology,but has a small torque ripple,low noise advantages. This article focuses on analysis of the realization of SVPWM method and using TI's TMS320LF2407A DSP chip as the core control circuit designed SVPWM AC induction motor control system. Experimental results show that the method has control effect good,fast dynamic response,small overshoot,high steady-state precision,and good dynamic and static characteristics.
