基于比例阀的带钢跑偏电液控制系统设计与分析

摘    要:针对常用的纠偏系统中电液伺服阀高维修成本等问题,设计了采用比例阀的电液控制系统。利用MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真分析了系统的稳定性,同时分析了系统的动态特性,且针对带钢的蛇形运动分析了系统的正弦响应。结果表明,系统满足带钢纠偏控制对稳定性、响应快速性与控制精度的要求。

Abstract:To solve the problem of high maintenance cost of electro-hydraulic servo valve in common strip running deviation control system, an electro-hydraulic control system with proportion valve is designed. Mathematical model of the system is estabhshed and simulated. While stability of the system is analyzed, sine wave response of the system is obtained with MATLAB/SIMULINK. At the same time, the accuracy and the speed of response of the system are analyzed. The result indicates that the system can satisfy the request both of stability and accuracy of the strip running deviation control system.
