摘    要:本文主要研究了一种低硬度Ni基合金粉末的水雾化制备工艺及喷涂后相关涂层的性能。用SEM、金相显微镜、布氏硬度仪、激光粒度分析仪等研究了Ni基合金粉末的表面形貌、金相显微组织、喷焊层表面硬度和粒度分布。合金粉末大多数呈不规则形状;喷焊层表面硬度HB182。

Abstract:This paper mainly studies the performance of a low hardness of Ni alloy powders preparation and spray water spray after coating. Using SEM, optical microscope, Brinell hardness tester, laser particle size analyzer of Ni based alloy powder surface morphology, microstructure, spray welding layer surface hardness and grain size distribution. Alloy powder is most irregular shape; spray welding layer on the surface hardness of HB 182.
