太钢7.63m焦炉配套干熄焦工艺配煤结构研究

摘    要:为了扩大炼焦煤资源选择范围,保证太钢2~#7.63m焦炉投产后的生产和焦炭质量稳定,结合干熄焦装置的投产,在实验室进行了单种煤和配煤方案的优化研究,并对低水分熄焦和干熄焦的焦炭强度进行对比实验,优选出单种煤和系列配煤方案,可供生产实际选择采用。实验结果显示,干熄焦与低水分熄焦相比,除化学成分外,焦炭的各项质量指标均有改善趋势,M_(40)可提高约2%,反应性可降低约1%~2%,反应后强度可提高约2%,M_(10)改善不显著,结构强度和显微强度也有不同程度的改善。

Abstract:In order to have more options of coking coals and ensure stable operation of the No.2 7.63m coke oven after it is put into operation, a series of experiments were carried out on coal blending by selecting a single coal and blended coals, the detailed comparison was focused on coke strength based on low moisture quenched coke and dry quenched coke (CDQ) process. The results revealed that the coke quality can improve except for chemical elements after adopting CDQ process, while M40 and CSR increase by about 2% and CRI decrease by about 1%-2%, but there is little change in M10.
