| Abstract: | Decreasing mud invasion during drilling may provide a good borehole condition for well logging, hence reducing its influence on log data and improving the accuracy of formation parameters. Thus, hydrocarbon zone can be identified correctly. Case history shows that protection of pay zones is very important in drilling, well completion, workover treatment, water injection and the whole production process. |
