用非线性有限元分析波纹管的稳定性

摘    要:本文应用稳定性的理论,考虑材料非线性、几何非线性和大应变等情况解决了波纹管受内压稳定性的问题,理论计算结果和实验吻合的相当好。该问题是波纹管设计的难点之一。同时还拓宽了波纹管稳定性的含义,解决了在拉、压、弯曲、横向位移的内压稳定性问题,并编制了波纹管稳定性通用程序。

Stability of Bellows Analysis with Nonlinear Finite Element Met hod
Abstract:Considering the non-conservative system which load is affect edby the material non-linearity,geometrical nonlinearity as well as large strai n,the paper solves the stability of bellows under pressure with stability theory and analyses results are very similar to experimental results.The problem is di fficult to solve in field of bellows designing.At the same time we have broadene d the meaning of bellows stability with solving the problem of pressure stabilit y under the condition of lengthening,shortening,bending or the displacement of c rossing direction,and write the general program of bellows stability.
