抗氧化剂对生物柴油氧化安定性的影响研究

摘    要:以固体碱KF/CaO为催化剂,催化菜籽油制备生物柴油,选用焦性没食子酸(PGA)、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)、维生素E(VE)和柠檬酸(CTA)4种常用的抗氧化剂,分别采用电导法和酸值法评价生物柴油的氧化安定性,考察了抗氧化剂对生物柴油氧化安定性的影响。结果表明,电导法和酸值法用于评价生物柴油的氧化安定性没有明显差异,其中PGA、BHT、CTA的抗氧化性较强,其理想添加量为50~100 mg/L,VE的抗氧化性较弱。

Abstract:Biodiesel was produced from rapeseed oil with KF/CaO solid base catalyst.The effects of antioxidants such as pyrogallic acid (PGA),dibutyl hydroxy toluene (BHT),vitamin E (VE) and citric acid (CTA) on the oxidation stability of biodiesel were investigated.The oxidation stability was evaluated with conductance method and acid value method.The results showed that there was no significant difference between these two methods.PGA,BHT and CTA had strong antioxidative ability,and their appropriate amount added in biodiesel was 50-100 mg/L,while VE was poorer than them.
