A Probabilistic Model for the Filling Accuracy and the Model for Reliability of the Filling Accuracy of a Fixed Quantity Container

There are two factors influencing for the errors of actual filling quantity. One was the liquid velocity in the mouth of filling valve. The other one was actual filling time. Four factors affected the liquid velocity, which include the container and pressure difference. The primary factors influencing for actual filling time were the height of bottle and the diameter in the mouth of bottle. The above mentioned six parameters were random variables. The property of random errors of filling quantity was described. The concepts of filling accuracy and reliability, based on random errors of actual filling quantity, were proposed. It considered the influence for some random variables upon actual filling quantity. The probabilistic models to filling accuracy and reliability were established. Meanwhile, the formulas for actual filling time and filling quantity of of a fixed quantity container were established.
