大功率刮板输送机软启动技术分析

摘    要:介绍了调压调频软启动器、双速电机、液体黏性软启动装置和液力偶合器等大功率刮板输送机常用的软启动技术原理和技术特点,并从启动性能和适用功率范围等方面对上述4种软启动技术作了比较,提出阀控充液型液力偶合器是目前煤矿井下800 kW以上大功率刮板输送机上最适用的软启动装置。

Abstract:The paper introduced the soft start technical principle and technical features of the voltage and frequency converted soft starter,double speed electric motor,hydraulic viscosity soft start device,hydraulic coupler and high power scraper conveyor.From the starting performances and suitable power,the paper had a comparison on 4 soft start technologies.The paper proposed that the valve controlled hydraulic filling type hydraulic coupler could be the most suitable mine soft start device of the scraper conveyor...
