| Abstract: | With the gradual improvement of a centralized treasury payment system,in order to promote the reform of financial management system,and improve financial supervision and management mechanism,strengthen budget management and improve public expenditure and transparency of government work to control unit of cash flow and cash budget risks implementation of public service card settlement system has become inevitable.This article focuses on the business card settlement system in the implementation and explained its necessity,meanwhile analyzed some issues involved in the card system in implementation and gave some practical proposals of resolving them. |
