红霉素生产中的元素衡算

摘    要:本文通过红霉素生产中“元素衡算”,将物质流元素化,建立了物质流定量分析的数学模型,解决了物质流在发酵工业环境中定量化研究的方法;找出了元素、物质流、有机物、COD等相互之间的定量化系列体系;导出了各种流失物质的排放系数和碳、氮源利用率,为工艺改革,提高红霉素生产的经济效益和环境效益提供了依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the mass flow in the process of erythromycin production can be elemented using the elementary balance method, and the mathematical model of quantitative analisis of mass flow is established. The method for quantitative studing of mass flow is the fermeutation factories has been tested. The system for quantitative measurment of the relationships between elements, mass flow, organic substances and COD was introduced. Both of the drainage coefficient of various Iosted substance and the ratio of carbon and nitrogen utilization, which will provide the sound basis for the technological reform and improvment of the economic and eviromental avaibilities, have been established.
