纳米TiO_2/海泡石复合粉体的制备及光催化性能研究

摘    要:以四氯化钛为前驱体,采用水解沉淀法在海泡石粉体上负载纳米TiO2。用X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜等对TiO2/海泡石复合结构进行了表征;并以甲醛为降解对象,考察了TiO2复合材料的光催化性能。结果表明:纳米TiO2/海泡石复合粉体在650℃煅烧后TiO2为锐钛矿型,在紫外光照射下,对甲醛气体具有良好的降解效果。

Abstract:The nano-TiO_2 was loaded on the supporting body of sepiolite particles by the hydrolysis precipitation method using TiCl_4.And the TiO_2/sepiolite composite structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy and so on.The photocataiytic activities of TiO_2 films were investigated by the degradation of formaldehyde.The results indicate that the TiO_2 films in TiO_2/sepiolite composite powder calcined at 650℃ are anatase.The degradation effect of the composite powder for formaldehyde is good.
