摘    要:在pH 5.0的HAc~NaAc缓冲溶液中,阿魏酸与痕量亚硝酸根反应,使得阿魏酸在激发波长358.0nm,发射波长为450.0nm条件下的荧光强度明显下降,其相对荧光强度在一定范围内与亚硝酸根的浓度呈线性关系,从而建立了荧光熄灭法测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法.方法的线性范围为1.00×10(-6)~8.00×10~(-3)mol/L,检出限为3.47×10~(-7)mol/L.方法已用于环境水样中痕量亚硝酸根的测定,回收率在96.7%~104.5%.

Abstract:A new fluorescence quenching method was developed to determine nitrite in water samples. The method was based on the reaction between nitrite and ferulic acid in a buffer solution of HAc~NaAc(pH 5.0).The fluorescence intensity was measured with excitation and emission wavelength of 358.0 and 450.0 nm, respectively.The relationship was obtained between the relation fluorescence intensity and nitrite concentration in the linear range from 1.00×10~(-6) mol/L~8.00×10~(-3) mol/L.The detection limit was 3.47×10~(-7) mol/L.It was applied to determine trace nitrite in water samples.The recoveries were 96.7%~104.5%.
