洞庭湖区新农村住宅外围护结构节能措施研究

目前洞庭湖区的农村住宅基本没有进行节能设计,热工性能差,能耗大.夏热冬冷的洞庭湖区,建筑节能设计既要考虑夏季隔热,又要考虑冬季保温.根据湖区地理气候、施工技术、经济条件等,对农村住宅的墙体、屋面、窗户的热工性能进行了研究,并探讨了外围护结构的几种设计方案和构造要点,可为洞庭湖区节能农宅建设提供一定参考.

On Energy-saving Measures of External Security Structure of Residential Building in New Rural Communities of Dongting Lake Area

Most of the present rural residential buildings in Dongting Lake area have no energy-saving design which leads to poor thermal property and huge energy consumption. In Dongting Lake area, it is hot in summer and cold in winter, so the energy saving design of residential buildings should be thermal insulating in summer and heat keeping in winter. This paper aims to explore the designs of external security structure on the basis of the study on thermal property of the wall, the roofing, doors and windows of the rural residence houses, hoping to offer references to the building of energy saving rural residence houses in Dongting Lake District.
