| 摘 要： | FM-150仿形磨床是一种广泛应用于加工各种薄脆性复杂外形产品的设备,如手机、手表玻璃屏幕等.仿形磨床的常见产品质量缺陷因素有工件破裂、形状不准、精度不合格等.对于工程质量和产品质量的定性分析,常采用因果分析法,但无法判断各因素的影响度;采用层次分析法可以进行定量分析.由此建立了仿形磨床的质量评价模型,该模型可对产品质量缺陷进行准确判断.

| Abstract: | The FM-150 profiling grinder is a widely-used equipment in processing all kinds of crisp fritter with complex contour,like handset,wristwatch glass screen and so on.The common quality flaw factors of profiling grinder are as follows： workpiece crack,shape inaccuracy,unqualified precision and so forth.The qualitative analysis regarding the project quality and the product quality often adopts the cause and effect analytic method,but it is unable to test the extent to which various factors affect each other.By using the analytic hierarchy process,it is possible to carry on the quantitative analysis.This article has established the profiling grinder quality appraisal model,which can set more accurate criteria to control the product quality flaw. |
