沥青路面乳化沥青现场冷再生混合料设计方法

摘    要:沥青路面现场冷再生技术在国外的研究与应用已有较长的历史,作为一项在旧路改扩建工程中的新技术已相当成熟并被普遍采用.在我国该技术只处在摸索阶段,尚未形成完整的设计方法、施工工艺及相应的质量控制标准,使其在工程中的应用受到极大的限制.结合国外冷再生混合料设计方法,通过对沥青路面回收材料的级配组成、再生混合料的级配选择、沥青及再生剂选择等方面进行了初步分析,阐明了冷再生混合料组成设计的方法.

Abstract:Research and application of the cold in-place recycling technology on emulsified asphalt pavements have developed for a long period in foreign countries. It's widely accepted as a highly -advanced new technology in road expansion projects. However, this technology is still at the exploratory stage domestically, lacking systematic design approach, construction technology and corresponding standards for quality control, and thus making its application extremely limited. Based on the design of cold recycling mixture through analysis on the gradation composition of asphalt pavement recycles, the grade-distribution selection of recycling mixture as well as the selection of asphalt and regenerant.
