| 摘 要： | 选取益阳市商业性健身俱乐部为研究对象，运用文献资料法和调查访谈法，从总量与规模、经营性质、营销与投资、设备使用以及对体育指导员的管理等方面，对益阳市健身俱乐部的经营管理状况进行了分析，并提出了针对性的发展对策，寻找体育消费行为的实现途径，为进一步规范益阳市体育消费市场、促进体育产业的发展，提高人们的健身消费水平，提供参考依据．

| Abstract: | The research selected a commercial fitness club in Yiyang City as its object and application of the research method of literature review and interview survery. This article analysed the operation and management of fitness club in Yiyang City, and it pointed out corresponding development strategy to find ways to achieve sport consumption behavior from the totality and scale, nature of business, marketing and investment, equipment use and management of sports instructors, etc. This article also provided a reference for further standardization of Yiyang City sports consumption markets, promotion of the development of the sports industry and improvement of people＇s consumption level of fitness. |
