海洋钻井平台关键设备智能维修系统设计与开发

摘    要:讨论预防性维修的弊端及状态维修理念现存的不足,引入智能维修的概念,在设备实时在线监测基础上,研发以功能业务为主线、多源数据为驱动的海洋钻井平台关键设备智能维修系统,依据故障诊断预警理论,评估平台设备状态并提供合理维修建议。该系统已成功用于辅助平台维修人员开展对顶驱、主机和推进器等设备进行维护维修工作。应用结果表明,该系统报警准确率和诊断准确率分别达97.51%和90.08%,系统可有效降低维修成本,提高维护效率和质量。

Abstract:The drawbacks of the preventive maintenance and the shortcomings of the existing conditional maintenance concept are discussed. The concept of intelligent maintenance is introduced. An intelligent maintenance system for the key equipment of offshore drilling platforms is developed based on real-time online monitoring of the equipment, with functional business as the main line and multi-source data as the driver. Based on the fault diagnosis and early warning theory, the status of the platform equipment is evaluated and reasonable maintenance suggestions are provided. The system is successfully used to assist platform maintenance personnel in the maintenance and repair of top drive, main engines, thrusters, etc. The application results show that the alarm accuracy and diagnosis accuracy of the system reach 97.51% and 90.08% respectively, and the system can effectively reduce the maintenance cost and improve the maintenance efficiency and quality.
