摘    要:再生冗余土作为建筑废弃物资源化利用处理的副产物,具有成分组成复杂、含泥量高等特点,相较已经得到成熟应用的再生骨料,再生冗余土的研究与应用相对较少。为解决其资源化利用难题,采用再生冗余土作为原料,水泥、钢渣粉、粉煤灰作为固化剂制备预拌流态固化土,研究加水量、固化剂掺量与组成对预拌流态固化土工作性能与力学性能的影响。结果表明,通过调整加水量与固化剂掺量,可制备坍落度80~240 mm的再生冗余土-预拌流态固化土,28 d龄期强度介于0.68~9.54 MPa,作为低成本回填材料可以替代素土或素混凝土回填,有效消纳冗余土的同时实现与工业固废的协同利用。

Preparation and performance of ready-mixed fluidic solidified soil by using construction waste recycled redundant soil
Abstract:As a by-product of construction waste resourceful treatment, recycled redundant soil has the characteristics of complex composition and high clay content. Compared with recycled aggregate that has been maturely applied, the study and application of recycled redundant soil is relatively less. In order to solve the problem of resource utilization, using recycled redundant soil as raw material, cement, steel slag powder and fly ash as curing agent to prepare ready-mixed fluidic solidified soil. The influence of water content, curing agent content and composition on working and mechanical properties of solidified soil were studied. The results show that by adjusting the amount of water and curing agent, ready-mixed fluidic solidified soil with slump value of 80~240 mm consist of recycled redundant soil can be prepared, whose unconfined compressive strength at 28 d is 0.68~9.54 MPa. The solidified soil is a low cost backfill material which can replace plain soil or plain concrete, effectively managing redundant soil and realizing synergistic utilization with industrial solid waste.
