摘    要:以CCPP燃气轮机排气管路为研究对象,对采用激振器激励和力锤激励两种不同激励方式的模态试验进行比较分析。结果表明:两者得到的模态结果不完全相同。这是由于激振器及响应传感器等通常会对被测结构产生影响,特别是对轻质结构的影响较大。因此,对于文中所述的管路以及类似薄壁结构更推荐采用重锤轻敲的力锤法进行模态测试。

Abstract:Taking CCPP (Combined Cycle Power Plant) exhaust pipes of gas turbine as the object of study, the modal tests using different exciting forces, excitation exciter and force hammer were compared with each other and analyzed. The test results show that the two modal test results are not completely the same. The reason is that the vibration exciter and its response sensor usually have influence on the tested structure, especially the light ones. Therefore, for the studied pipe and similar thin-wall structure,the force hammer method using gentle knocking is more recommended.
