篦冷机堆雪人问题分析及解决方案

摘    要:第四代篦冷机具有高热回收效率,高冷却效率,高设备运转率,低磨损率等性能优势。经走访调查多个不同品牌篦冷机现场,发现个别项目篦冷机固定篦床堆雪人现象时有发生,本文结合实际生产,分析产生问题的原因,并给出相应的处理措施,改善或者从根本上解决堆雪人问题,对篦冷机堆雪人处理有一定的借鉴作用。

Analysis and treatment of snowman problem for the fourth generation grate cooler
Abstract:The fourth generation grate cooler has high recuperation efficiency, high cooling efficiency, high equipment operation rate ,low wear rateand other performance advantages. After visiting and investigating multiple projects, it is found that the phenomenon of snowman on the fixed bed in some projects occurs from time to time. Combining with the actual production,the paper analyzes the cause and gives corresponding treatment measures to improve or fundamentally solve the problem. The solutions can be used as a reference for the handling of snowman problem.
