提高水泥预粉磨系统产量的措施

中材天山（云浮）水泥有限公司5 000 t/d熟料生产线配套的两条年产80万t水泥粉磨系统没有配备打散机、V型选粉机等磨前分级装置，投产后虽然能达到设计台产，但能耗偏高，而且在运行过程中，辊压机系统故障率频发，造成运转率低，维修成本高。通过对系统进行了一系列的改造优化措施，水泥磨台产相比之前提高20~30 t/h，电耗下降3~4 kWh/t，磨机运转率提高约20%。
