海底管道悬空检测技术的发展趋势

摘    要:围绕管道悬空检测技术,在总结其技术发展现状的基础上分析其发展趋势。人工潜水员检测、水下机器人检测和声呐检测方法的检测精度较差,且效率低下。水下激光检测和分布式光纤主动加热法检测较大地提高检测结果的准确度,但所需成本较高,不符合目前的行业需要。相较而言,管道智能检测机器人具有直接接触的工作方式,检测结果能精确地反映管道悬空的真实状态,且检测成本较低,将是未来海底管道悬空检测的主要技术手段,具有发展优势及潜力。

Abstract:Focusing on the pipeline suspension detection technology, the development trend is analyzed on the basis of summarizing its technology development status. The detection accuracy of the artificial diver detection, underwater robot detection and sonar detection methods is poor and the efficiency is low. The detection accuracy of the underwater laser detection and distributed optical fiber active heating method is greatly improved, but the cost is very high, which does not meet the needs of the current industry. In comparison, due to the direct contact working mode, the real state of the suspended pipeline is accurately reflected by the detection result of the pipeline intelligent detection robot, and the detection cost is low, which means that the pipeline intelligent detection robot will be the main technical means for the future submarine pipeline suspension detection and is of a relatively broad development prospect with great development advantages and potentials.
