摘    要:随着以太网技术的成熟以及控制系统的发展,可以直接通过一个系统平台,由工业以太网连接在一起的方式,将整个水泥厂的自控系统、电气系统以及各种PLC系统全部集成,从而实现全厂数据整合以及集中监控的目的。基于以太网的系统连接方式灵活,并且支持多种通信协议的复用,其扩展性和兼容性的优势都适合水泥行业的需求。

Abstract:With the maturity of Ethernet technology and the development of control system, the automatic control system, electrical system and various PLC systems of the whole cement plant can be integrated directly through a system platform and connected by industrial Ethernet, so as to realize the purpose of data integration and centralized monitoring of the whole plant. The system based on Ethernet has flexible connection mode and supports the reuse of multiple communication protocols. Its scalability and compatibility advantages are suitable for the needs of cement industry.
