基于AVL-BOOST的某型柴油机配气定时优化

摘    要:基于AVL-BOOST软件建立了某型柴油机工作过程计算模型。结合米勒循环及相关试验数据,通过改变配气定时优化柴油机性能。优化后仿真模拟得到的柴油机有关性能数据与实际试验得到的数据吻合性较好,验证了模型的准确性及优化方案的可行性。

Abstract:The working process calculation model of a diesel engine was established by using AVL-BOOST software. Combining the theory of Miller cycle with the relevant experimental data, the diesel engine performance was optimized by modifying the valve timing. The simulated data of engine performance coincided well with the experimental data, thus the correctness of the model and the feasibility of the optimization scheme was verified.
