数码电子雷管在露天石灰石矿山中的应用

摘    要:分析了数码电子雷管在工程爆破中的优势与劣势,通过对比导爆管雷管与数码电子雷管起爆网络的爆破振动速度与爆破效果,发现利用数码电子雷管能够有效的降低爆破振动减小爆破有害效应,利用数码电子雷管之后矿山的铲装单耗炸药单耗等各项经济指标均出现了明显的降低,取得了良好的经济效益。通过对不同延期时间下的爆破振动速度及其降震率发现随着延期时间的增加爆破振动速度会出现先减小后增加的现象,减震率会出现先增大后减小的现象,当延期时间为40 ms时爆破振动速度最小,减震效率最高。

Application of district digital electronic detonator in open-pit limestone mine
Abstract:The advantages and disadvantages of digital electronic detonator in engineering blasting are analyzed, and the blasting vibration velocity and blasting effect of detonating detonator and digital electronic detonator initiation network are compared, it is found that the use of digital electronic detonator can effectively reduce the blasting vibration and reduce the blasting harmful effect, and after the use of digital electronic detonator, the economic indexes such as the unit consumption of shovel loading explosives and other economic indexes have been reduced obviously, good economic benefit has been obtained. By analyzing the blasting vibration velocity and its shock reduction rate under different delay time, it is found that with the increase of delay time, the blasting vibration velocity will decrease first and then increase, and the shock absorption rate will increase first and then decrease, when the delay time is 40ms, the velocity of blasting vibration is the minimum and the efficiency of shock absorption is the highest.
