纳米SiO2混凝土的抗压强度研究与微观分析

摘    要:本试验研究了不同掺量纳米SiO2对混凝土力学性能的影响,并采用XRD手段对其改善机理进行了分析。试验结果表明,适量的纳米SiO2可以提高混凝土的抗压强度,并根据试验分析得出当混凝土中纳米SiO2掺量为2.5%时混凝土抗压强度达到最大。试验采用单因素设计,根据需要采用正交多项式回归,并得出拟合方程为二次时最好。

Abstract:The effects of different dosage of nano-SiO2 on the mechanical properties of concrete were studied, and the improvement mechanism was analyzed by means of XRD.The experimental results show that an appropriate amount of nano-SiO2 can improve the compressive strength of concrete. According to the experimental analysis, the compressive strength of concrete reaches the maximum when the nano-SiO2 content in concrete is 2.5%.The single factor design was adopted in the experiment, and orthogonal polynomial regression was adopted according to the needs, and it was concluded that the best fitting equation was quadratic.
